A Guide Who Knows This Fishery
With over 25 years of experience fishing the waters of South Florida, Capt. Glenn Sharp is a seasoned guide specializing in light tackle fishing from Charlotte Harbor to Islamorada in the Florida Keys. As a resident of Punta Gorda, he takes pride in sharing the fishery of Charlotte Harbor, known for its lush grass flats, winding mangrove islands, scenic bays, barrier islands and abundant passes.
He targets snook, tarpon, redfish, sharks, sheepshead, sea trout and snapper inshore. For nearshore and offshore fishing, he focuses on grouper, amberjack, cobia, mackerel, tuna and mahi mahi.

A Passion for Teaching and Memorable Days
Capt. Glenn has competed in numerous sailfish and dolphin tournaments, earning top finishes and further honing his angling skills. He loves creating memorable experiences on the water, whether guiding hardcore anglers in search of trophy fish or introducing families and first time anglers to the thrill of fishing. His hands on, coaching approach ensures guests not only catch fish but learn techniques that let them hook their own.
His passion for fishing began as a young boy, inspired by his father during trips to Sanibel Island and the Florida Keys. Today he shares that love of the water with his daughters, who have become skilled anglers themselves.
As an advocate for conservation, Capt. Glenn proudly supports Captains for Clean Water, working to preserve these ecosystems for future generations.
